This meant I got a complete understanding of the ways to incorporate bands into an exercise program. The exercise notes are printable making them a useable reference for future use. Trudi clearly explained each resistance band exercise and Carol covered the practical side, demonstrating each exercise showing clear and precise movements. This meant that good technique and control was always a focus. So all in all a great course for instructors looking to widen their knowledge of how to effectively use resistance bands in their exercise programs.
