We know it can be hard to come up with new exercises every week, so we've put together a few new exercises here for you to try in class. We give you the exercise, how to perform it safely, what technique to reiterate with your participants, and what variations you can include to increase or reduce the challenge. We even give you video demonstrations! Choose from chair-based exercise, resistance bands, or gentle mobility exercises.
