Our Mobility Bundle #1 brings together three great online short courses - Your Style Freestyle, Having a Ball, and Fun with Scarves. The bundle gives you 150 exercises that you can do with your senior and older adult participants, that is going to have them exercising safely and effectively, while they have a little fun too. The exercises are designed to build strength, improve mobility, and challenge co-ordination, to keep your participants moving. These low intensity seated exercises are designed specifically for people with mobility restrictions or limited fitness, and we give you lots of adaptations so you can make them easier or harder to suit your classes too.

Included in the course:
• Video demonstrations of all the exercises, as well as tips, technique and modifications so you can teach them confidently
• Handouts with every exercise, to make it easy for you to design your own classes
• Example class so you can see how Carol puts together a freestyle, ball and scarf mobility class
• The science behind mobility exercise and the benefits it offers
• Lots of reasons why balls and scarves are a great addition to your mobility classes

The course is 100% online with no video submissions required - assessment is an online multiple choice quiz. You can stop and start the course as many times as you need to, and you'll have access to the course content for 12 months.

Thanks Trudi and Carol for so many inventive exercises to challenge and exercise our older adult participants. With all the fun of waving a scarf about and throwing and catching a ball participants even forget they're exercising. As well as giving us some background theory and pointers about working with this age group this course gives us a wide variety of exercises to incorporate into our classes. With this course we'll never run out of ideas.
