What an amazing course! I have benefited in many ways from participating in this course. There are new skills acquired, an increase in confidence, a good understanding of music and how to structure a class so it flows well and is effective for the older participants. I'm ready to get out there and teach. Carol and Trudi are brilliant teachers and instructors. I feel privileged to be one of their students. To have the 1:1 mentoring from Carol was so helpful, gosh what an inspiration she is. The course is well-structured, comprehensive, interactive and provides so much of what you need to learn how to become a professional, confident and effective older adult instructor. The other Third Age Fitness learning resources which I'm about to get into ensure I can continue my journey well as an older adult instructor. Thank you!
