This meant I got a complete understanding of the ways to incorporate bands into an exercise program. The exercise notes are printable making them a useable reference for future use. The format of the course was a real strength. Trudi clearly explained each resistance band exercise and Carol covered the practical side, demonstrating each exercise showing clear and precise movements. This meant that good technique and control was always a focus. So all in all a great course for instructors looking to widen their knowledge of how to effectively use resistance bands in their exercise programs.

Are these exercises suitable for all fitness levels and ages?
Absolutely! We provide ideas for how you can dial up and dial down the intensity to adapt them to participants of all abilities.

How long does it take to complete the course?
You can work through the course at your own pace. Most instructors finish in 2-3 hours, depending on whether they join in on our sample workouts.

Do I get any downloads with my enrollment?
We've packed the course with resources you can download, print off, and take to class, so you can start putting these exercises into practice straight away. We've got class plans, exercise summaries, circuit stations, plus our Cardio Call Out and Cardio Lucky Dip resources!

Is there an assessment on the theory?
To receive your certificate you will need to successfully pass a multiple choice quiz. We want to make sure you understand the important concepts and information in the course, especially around the benefits of cardiovascular exercise, and things to be mindful when working with older adults.

What if I fail the quiz?
Don't worry! You can take the quiz as many times as you need to, so we guarantee that you will be able to complete the course and claim your certificate, even if it takes you a little longer!

Is Cardio Moves accredited?
Points are available upon application directly to your preferred association. Accreditation points are currently available for FITREC, NZ Reps, SPRA, and BCRPA. Points are not applicable for PAA.

Q: If I sign up now can I do the course later?
You sure can! Our Professional Members have ongoing access to all their course enrolments. If you're not yet a member, you have 12 months to work through the course. You can come back as many times you want to during that 12 months for a refresher or new ideas.
