I got so much from this Freestyle Mobility Exercises Course. What a great resource to help us keep our senior clients challenged and engaged. The course highlights good practice when working with older adults, such as, know our clients, show sound exercise technique, and challenge our clients with mental and physical stimulation. We're not left wondering about how to deliver these mobility exercises. Trudi and Carol always clearly explain and demonstrate the exercise moves using videos, written notes as well as visual reminders to download. At the end we're left with with loads of fun and creative exercises to do with our clients.
