Carol is an experienced chair-based exercise fitness instructor with a broad background teaching in fitness centres, aged care and retirement villages. With an all-around approach to strength, cardio, and core workouts, she has taught hundreds of chair classes for older adults. Carol believes there is no injury that cannot be accommodated for in a chair workout, and is passionate about making fitness accessible for everyone.

Trudi: The Seated Specialist
Trudi has extensive experience in teaching chair-based workouts and is always seeking creative ways to engage participants. She keeps her classes dynamic, ensuring they don’t get too comfortable before transitioning to standing exercises that utilise the chair for upper body, lower body, and balance challenges.
