A word from Carol ...
“We had such a fabulous time at the inaugural Thrive Conference in 2025, we wanted to do it again! It's another opportunity for older adult instructors to come together, share their experiences, and learn from some of the best in the business. I'm excited about our line up this year - they are speakers that I know I am going to learn a lot from, and I can't wait for our sessions to start!
"I do really enjoy hearing from instructors about what they're teaching, and the obstacles they're facing, and how they are adapting and overcoming the constant challenges of the instructor life. I'm looking forward to getting to know more instructors at the 2026 conference."
- Carol Edmeades, co-host and co-founder
