Thanks Trudi and Carol for so many inventive exercises to challenge and exercise our older adult participants. With all the fun of waving a scarf about and throwing and catching a ball participants even forget they're exercising. As well as giving us some background theory and pointers about working with this age group this course gives us a wide variety of exercises to incorporate into our classes. With this course we'll never run out of ideas.
