We go through 72 different standing elastic band exercises, that will strengthen and challenge the whole body, with bands under the feet, in the hands, or around an anchor. We've got something for every muscle!

The course discusses the benefits of including resistance bands in your workouts, why they are great for older adults and seniors, and also some of the common issues we see amongst participants when they're using resistance bands.

So by the end of the course we hope that you:
* Understand why bands are a great alternative to weights in older adults classes
* Have lots of standing exercises that you can use in your classes
* And know what to look out for when teaching good technique.

The course includes video demonstrations of every exercise, and how you can teach the resistance band exercise to your participants. You get handouts of every exercise, and we also include workouts to show you what it might look like when you put it all together.
