Our Agility Membership is designed for agile older adults! If you’re looking to work up a sweat, and push your body to build better strength, and co-ordination, and cardiovascular fitness, then this is the membership for you. We’ve got so much variety in our membership, with our standing, seated, and floor-workouts. They also come in low, medium and high intensities, so you can find the style you want, at the speed you want, to match where you are at.

Membership means you can access all of our agility workouts at any time, and as many times as you want. Feeling strong and fit in the morning? Do one of our standing cardio routines! Getting to the end of the day and you just want to stretch out? Try one of our floor pilates-based workouts. Or if you’ve just finished one of our seated strength classes, add on some balance exercises to really challenge the brain and the body.
