STAND Strength Heart (Medium Intensity)

Endorsed by osteopath Dr Sarah Martorella ...

"There is so much variety for any level of fitness here! I love the cardio and strength options for those who want to build better heart and lung fitness too.

The ability to try good quality, full length, free classes gives you a chance to see if the classes are right for you and gives you a head start without having to join up straight away. But when the time comes to learn more, get some variety and build on your fitness there is a smorgasbord of routines to choose from.

As an osteopath, I'm glad to see these resources are available and will be recommending them to my clients. I am happy to endorse Third Age Fitness and their range of great instructors and great workouts, that are safe and effective for older adults of all ages and all abilities.

Well done to the team there."

What do our members say?

"It's never too late to start"

I really enjoy being able to do the workouts online. I do like the aerobic and balance classes the most - everyone should do the balance classes as it is so important as we age. Exercise is so important at any age, and it’s never too late to start, so I think Third Age Fitness is the way to go. - Lesly
"There's something whatever mood I’m in."

I love that I can now exercise at home. The online classes are really well done and have something for everyone. I love the short warm ups and stretches as well as the more challenging core muscle and strength exercises - I know there is always something whatever mood I’m in. - Julie
"I feel much more energetic"

I am thoroughly enjoying all the variety of classes the membership offers. I feel much more energetic and back to my old self - or even better than I used to be actually, since I am now exercising more than I was. My aches have disappeared, my back is stronger, and my muscle tone has come back too. I have more energy at the end of the day, so it’s great. - Bea
"I've experienced a higher level of fitness"

I started with the free YouTube videos but then I took out an online membership because I was enjoying the program so much, and also felt it would provide me both with support and a level of accountability. I certainly have experienced a higher level of fitness and energy since taking up the extra activity. I love being able to exercise at home and adapt the time I do the classes to my schedule.
- Ruth
"It's almost like having a personal trainer"

Taking out a membership with Third Age Fitness is easy and it's almost like having a personal trainer - I spend more on my chai lattes each month that I do on my membership, so what price can you put on good health? I highly recommend taking out a membership. - Lyn
