Regular Term Timetable
Monday 9:30am AEST (30mins) - Agility Combo with CarolThis versatile workout changes weekly, using dumbbells, bands, bodyweight and mats. It aims to improve overall functional fitness through standing, floor, cardio, balance, strength, and core exercises.
Tuesday 9:30am AEST (30mins) - Chair Combo with Carol
Boost your heart health and balance skills with an enthusiastic combo workout! Perfect for those with balance concerns or who can't stand for long periods, but want to improve cardiovascular fitness.
Wednesday 9:30am AEST (30mins) - Agility Strength with Carol
Build functional strength and core stability to keep you active and independent in your daily life. This class uses standing exercises, with a combination of bodyweight, dumbbells and resistance band training.
Friday 9:30am AEST (30mins) - Chair Strength with Carol
Enhance your everyday independence with our targeted strength-building class. Focusing on functional movements and core stability from the safety of a chair, this session combines seated exercises using bodyweight, dumbbells and bands.

Dates & pricing
Term 2 runs Monday 20th April through to Friday 26th June 2026.Term 3 runs Monday 13th July through to Friday 18th September 2026.
PASS OPTIONS
Term Pass: $10 per class
Cost determined by term length. Includes auto enrolment and past recordings.
10 Class Pass: $13 per class
Total cost $130. Pick and choose your classes across the term.
Session Pass: $15 per class
No commitment necessary. Works in with your busy schedule.
