Mish Wright is a leading educator and advocate in women’s health and fitness, renowned for her expertise in pelvic floor health and exercise for older adults. With a background in teaching and a Master’s in Continence and Pelvic Health, Mish has developed and delivered evidence-based education to thousands of fitness professionals across Australia.
She is the founder of the internationally recognised “Mishfit” program and is passionate about bridging the gap between clinical knowledge and practical application in group fitness settings. Mish’s engaging teaching style and commitment to empowering instructors make her a sought-after presenter in the field of functional, inclusive fitness for all ages.

With a passion for early intervention and holistic recovery, Kate helps cancer survivors regain strength and confidence through personalised, evidence-based exercise.
