Five exercises in five minutes for older adults

Do you sometimes feel like you have two left feet? Or three elbows? Or you are confident you're doing something right, only to look down and see your legs aren't doing what you thought they were? Carol has five exercises here that will challenge your coordination in an effort to improve your coordination, as she gets your left and right brains talking to each other. (Yep, it's a thing!)
1. ANKLE & HAND CIRCLES
Circle ankle in one direction and hand in opposite direction.

Swap sides and directions.

2. OPPOSITES UP
Lift one knee and punch opposite arm overhead.

Alternate left and right sides.

3. SIDE TAP SWAP
Tap foot to side and lift both arms to opposite side.

Keep alternating left and right side taps.

4. SHOOT THE BUNNY
Hold up two vertical fingers on one hand and create pistol with horizontal finger & thumb on other.

Swap.

5. ROCKING FEET
Lift up heel on one foot and toes on other foot.

Keep swapping.
