Improve coordination
Five exercises in five minutes for older adults
1. ANKLE & HAND CIRCLES
Circle ankle in one direction and hand in opposite direction.Swap sides and directions.

2. OPPOSITES UP
Lift one knee and punch opposite arm overhead.Alternate left and right sides.

3. SIDE TAP SWAP
Tap foot to side and lift both arms to opposite side.Keep alternating left and right side taps.

4. SHOOT THE BUNNY
Hold up two vertical fingers on one hand and create pistol with horizontal finger & thumb on other.Swap.

5. ROCKING FEET
Lift up heel on one foot and toes on other foot.Keep swapping.
