The festivities begin with Easter
Lastly we had three birthdays thrown into the month and that just about finished me off. I have been trying to have only one event on each weekend as it quickly becomes all too busy and I don’t feel that I have enjoyed the occasions - I don’t want to feel like I am just going through the motions and attending parties without really enjoying them. We really have to keep an eye on this one as if we want to stay present and peaceful we don’t want too much spoiling that.
As we head into the colder months of the year, we have to work extra hard at trying to keep our exercise program up. Our online and DVD exercise programs provide a great opportunity for you to exercise several times a week, while keeping nice and warm inside. You may do a face to face class but you can then easily put on one of our classes and exercise the other days of the week, and make sure you are still working on your balance and stretching too. It’s coming up to Mother’s Day so one of our DVDs could be a great gift for the special women in your life, if you’re looking for something practical and beneficial!
