Circuit Cardio Moves

When you need a burst of energy!

Do you teach circuit classes for older adults? Or want to add a round of Tabata between your weights sessions with clients? Or just want to get your seniors fitness class warmed up quickly?

We've got two rounds of simple and effective cardio moves here that are great to add between (or during!) circuit stations or after resistance exercises, to get the heart rate back up and the legs moving again. All of the exercises are safe for older adults and seniors in a group fitness class or personal training session, but you may have to adapt if you have participants and clients with injuries or limitations.

Watch the videos below for a quick demonstration of each standing exercise, and stay tuned as we release Rounds 4-6 (be notified via our mailing list).
