So little, so delightful!

These bite-sized mouthfuls of minty goodness are always a hit. They are so easy to make, only need a few ingredients, and you can even freeze them if you want to plan ahead. (They taste pretty good straight out of the freezer on a hot summer's day too!)

INGREDIENTS
• 220g Old Gold Peppermint chocolate (milk chocolate Peppermint works too)• 250g choc ripple biscuits, crushed (can substitute the gluten free version)
• 1/2 can condensed milk
• 1/2 cup coconut (for rolling)

METHOD
Step 1:Cut chocolate into small pieces, and crush biscuits using a food processor or rolling pin (leave some chunks, and don't over do it).
Step 2:
In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate, crushed biscuits, and condensed milk. If mixture is too dry, add a little extra condensed milk. If it's too wet, place the bowl in the fridge for 15-30 minutes to dry out.
Step 3:
Place coconut into a small bowl. Scoop out mixture with a teaspoon or tablespoon depending on how big you want the chocolate balls, and roll between your hands to create a smooth ball.
Step 4:
Place ball into coconut and toss to coat. Place ball on to serving plate or into container. Repeat with remaining mixture.
Step 5:
Hold chocolate balls in fridge until ready to serve, or place in freezer.
