To improve your strength, mobility and balance

Do you want to add a little fun into your group fitness classes? Want to give your participants a challenge that they can do at home each day, between classes?

If you and your participants brush your teeth every day, why not put those two minutes to even better use by adding in an exercise that will challenge and improve balance, mobility and strength?

We've put together a fun 30 Day Toothbrush Challenge for older adults and seniors to be able to do each day at home, while they're brushing their teeth. Each day brings a new exercise and a new challenge, and we've put together a video of each exercise that they can watch while they participate.
So why not do it all together and accept the challenge as a class? We've also got a Toothbrush Challenge Checksheet that you can print off for your class, so they can cross off each day when they've completed the challenge.

When you meet back together each week for class, include the week's challenges as a part of your exercise program, and ask your participants which challenges they found difficult and which they found easy. You might even have a prize for those participants who have crossed off every day!

(Who would have thought you can also do the exercises as part of your aqua aerobics class!)
