For chair-based exercise

We've put together a range of sample workouts for you to see how Carol and Trudi put together some of the chair exercises that you've learnt in your workshop.

Join in and do the exercises with us to get a feel for them, see how we teach them, see how we repeat exercises, and where we offer modifications. Some of the workouts might be a little more energetic than what your participants can do at the moment, but it could be something that you work up to, even just in short bursts.
