We have created a range of Mobility workouts that are all low intensity, seated on a chair, and safe and effective for older adults with limited mobility and co-ordination.

Our Mobility Band workouts include a variety of exercises using a resistance band. We stretch, we pull, we lift, we circle, we do all sorts with the band that will give participants a great full body workout.

You can enjoy our Mobility Band workouts by purchasing from our range of Mobility Masters DVDs, or through taking out an online membership to access all of our workouts for band, spoons, weight, ball, scarf and freestyle.
