We have created a range of Mobility workouts that are all low intensity, seated on a chair, and safe and effective for older adults with limited mobility and co-ordination.

Our Mobility Ball workouts include a variety of exercises using a small ball. Squeezing, lifting, circling, bouncing - there is so much you can do with a ball!
