We have created a range of Mobility workouts that are all low intensity, seated on a chair, and safe and effective for older adults with limited mobility and co-ordination.

Our Mobility Weight workouts include a variety of exercises using a single weight. We lift, we push, we turn, we rotate - we do all sorts of different things with the weight!
