We have created a range of Mobility workouts that are all low intensity, seated on a chair, and safe and effective for older adults with limited mobility and co-ordination.

Our Mobility Freestyle workouts have a little of everything, and you don't need anything to be able to participate! We've got arm exercises to strengthen the shoulders, exercises for lower body strength, brain teasers and mobility exercises, all for a great full body workout.
