We've put together an exercise program that is safe and effective, providing 30 minute seated workouts that you can access when it suits you and the person you are caring for.

Our programs are designed for those living with dementia or other illnesses that lead to limited mobility and age-related challenges. We keep the participant active and engaged through a variety of equipment, such as balls, bands, spoons, weights and scarves.

Membership is on a monthly basis, and you can do our workouts as many times as you want. We provide new workouts every month so you never get bored.
