Mobility Scarf Exercises

We have created a range of Mobility workouts that are all low intensity, seated on a chair, and safe and effective for older adults with limited mobility and co-ordination.

Our Mobility Scarf workouts include a variety of exercises using a small scarf. We do strength and mobility exercises, and wave and stretch and lift and throw and scrunch our scarves, to create a great workout for the whole body. Adding a scarf adds so much colour and fun to your workout!

You can enjoy our Mobility Ball workouts by purchasing from our range of Mobility Masters DVDs, or through taking out an online membership to access all of our workouts, including scarf, band, ball, spoons, weight and freestyle.
