Balance+ Workshop: Ball, Band, and Brain

Fall Prevention Exercises for Older Adults

Join us LIVE for a brand-new, hands-on workshop designed for group fitness instructors working with older adults.

We're going to get practical with lots of exercises, just like we always do, but we're also going to talk about hazards, technique, incorporating balance into classes, and adapting for mixed-ability classes. Our workshops are always a lot of fun, and the opportunity doesn't come around too often, so we hope you can join us!

Get Out of the City!

Held in Ballarat, this is a rare regional Victoria face-to-face training opportunity. Enjoy a weekend getaway, or if you’re local, skip the Melbourne traffic entirely!
