We are excited to be back for another great Seniors Festival across Victoria and Queensland in October 2024!

About your instructor
Carol just loves to exercise! She has been teaching fitness classes for over 50 years and she will bring her passion for exercise to each one of our Seniors Festival classes. She can't wait to meet you!

Seated and standing cardio and strength workouts, as well as core and balance work, in a range of styles that use ball, band, mat, chair and weights. Choose from low intensity Happy Heart, medium Zippy Zest, or high Power Plus.

Better Balance DVDs

Two workouts from Trudi that focus on improving balance, strength and co-ordination through a series of low intensity standing exercises, using a chair to assist balance. Includes bonus stretches!

Three great workouts on one DVD for you. Use bands, spoons, balls and scarves, along with freestyle routines, to build strength, flexibility and mobility.
